The Omro Area Community Center serves western Winnebago County with intergenerational programming to enrich lives and help build stronger families.

Here are just some of the activities you can find at your Community Center:

For Seniors:

• Advocap Meal Program (Every Monday - Friday)

• Bingo (Every Tuesday) 

• Card Party and Aggravation Board Game Tournaments (Monday) 

• Computer Classes 

• Chair Exercise Class (Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday) 

• Healthy Bingo  

• Nail Care 

For All Adults:

• Art Class (Tuesday) 

• Blood Pressure and Blood Sugar Clinic (Tuesday) 

• Movie Day (Thursday) 

• Polka Pals Party - live entertainment (Tuesday) 

• Aerobics (Monday & Thursday)

• Fox Valley Technical College Upholstery Class (Wednesday) 

For Children: 

• 4 yr old kindergarten (Little Learners 4 yr-old kindergarten)

• Karate (Monday & Thursday) 

Room Rentals - The Omro Community Center offers rooms for rent for small or 

large gatherings.  For your community group, family, or friends, the Center offers

rooms adequate for meetings, baby showers, family holiday gatherings, parties, 

off-premises classes and much more for groups of 2 - 150.  Prices are very 

reasonable.  Call Marion for details and to reserve your space.   

Omro Rec Programming - The Omro Recreation Department offices are located within the Community Center.  Likewise, many programs for the Rec are conducted inside this facility.  Including Aerobics, Karate, Red Cross Baby Sitting Class, and more.  If you would like more information on the Omro Rec, contact Jesse Koonce - Rec Director at 685-0380.

Omro Area Chamber of Commerce - In 2005, the Omro Area Chamber of Commerce moved to within the Community Center.  The Chamber works with local businesses to support promotions and programs that help build a stronger business climate.  For more information on the Chamber, contact Steve or Jesse at 685-6960 or click here.

Omro American Legion Post 234 - In 2007, the Omro American Legion Post moved their offices to the 2nd floor of the Omro Area Community Center.  Members can be seen in their office upon appointment.
