REQUIREMENT for Free Swimming Lesson Sign Up

Parents wishing to sign up their children for the free swimming lessons MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF OMRO SCHOOL DISTRICT ENROLLMENT.

Who is eligible for free swim lessons?
Any student enrolled or able to be enrolled in the Omro School District System. 

 This includes:
 ·    Students currently enrolled in 4K but not yet started in 4K.

 ·    Students open enrolled in another district yet live within the Omro School District.

 ·   Students who are home schooled yet live within the Omro School
  District.
 
What do I need to receive the free swim lessons?

 Proof of enrollment (report card or letter from district) is required at time of swim lesson registration.  
 
There are NO refunds for proof of enrollment given after lessons have been paid for.

Q: Can I register for swim lessons through mail or at the Omro Area Community Center?
A: You may only sign up for swim lessons at the registration times listed in the city newsletter. If you are unable to sign up during this time, you may sign up for swim lessons once the pool opens for the season.

Q: How does my child qualify for FREE swim lessons?
A: Your child must be a student in the Omro School District to receive free swim lessons. Remember, you must bring proof that your child is a student in the district, such as a report card or a letter from the school.  Complete rules are listed on this page.

Q: How do I sign up for baseball or softball?
A: Baseball and Softball is a community run club. Q: How do I register for soccer?
A: Soccer is a community run club.  The city has contributed money to get them on their feet.  You may sign up at the registrations listed in the newsletter to register your child for soccer.  

Q: How do I register for golf?
A: Golf is now run directly by the Wedgewood Supper Club and Golf Course so you can bring your completed form directly to them.
