Breakdown of anticipated expenses and revenues for CBRF. Page 1 shows that if both phases are completed, the CBRF will provide increased city assessment of $3,527,700 and provide the TIF District with $1,603,600 in tax dollars over the life of the district. If only Phase 1 is completed, the district will receive $1,006,309.
As required by the State of Wisconsin, this document supplies all meeting dates for public meetings required for creation of the TIF District.
