This crown jewel, the focal point of Omro, includes picnic facilities, playground equipment, ice-skating rink, public restrooms, as well as fishing and docking points along the Fox River.  A gazebo housing tourist information on local points of interest is positioned in South Scott Park.

This seven acre site is Omro's most developed parkland, and is intensively used by both local residents and visitors to the community.  This jewel of a park features: an island atmosphere for fishing, a playground, shelter house, large pavilion, pay shower facilities, and overnight boat mooring sites with water and electric utilities.  Come to Omro in the winter and enjoy the skating rink with hockey nets, warming hut and free ice skates or come in summer for kite flying, frisbee throwing or a scrimmage football game in "South Scott" located just across Highway 21.
